Delivery Policy

We are offering to pre order a copy of Faversham Monopoly, for delivery November 2023. Orders are limited to 2 items per person. If you wish to order more games, please contact us directly by emailing hello@FavershamMonopoly.co.uk

Once we are in receipt of the games, we will dispatch within 21 days in a strict rotation of orders received.

Delivery Address

We deliver to most addresses in the United Kingdom. We regret we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands (including Jersey and Guernsey). We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Options

We currently offer standard delivery only.

Standard delivery – Allow 3-5 business days (excluding bank holidays in the UK) from date of dispatch.

Delivery is GBP 4.99 for up to two games

Undeliverable Products

When packages are returned to us as an undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you via phone or e-mail in order to make arrangements for you to collect from central Faversham

Return and Replacement

I’ve changed my mind

If you’ve changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of collection or from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unused and with all original components
  • In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
  • In a resaleable condition
  • With its proof of purchase
  • With any free items that came with the product
  • With any security seals unbroken and intact

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 14 days to appear back in your account.

Costs of Return

You will need to pay the costs of return for the Products. Shore Way Marketing will pay the costs of return if the Product is faulty or misdescribed

In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.

Ineligible Returns

You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of:

  • Products which are customised, bespoke or personalised (for example, when a Product has been engraved or otherwise personalised);
  • Products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;

These exceptions do not apply to or limit your legal rights in case of your items being faulty or misdescribed.

during the 30 days from delivery of the Product, you can:

  • ask us to repair or replace the Product; or
  • return the Product to us and get all of your money back

Damaged Products

We do our utmost to ensure our items are carefully packed and protected, however, sometimes damage can occur in transit. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us by emailing hello@favershammonopoly.co.uk

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.

Costs of Return

You will need to pay the costs of return for the Products. Hasbro will pay the costs of return if:

  • the Product is faulty or misdescribed; or
  • if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming material change to the Products and/or Services or the Terms of Use, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong. Please see our Terms of Use for more information about your right to end the contract with us.
